Good deal for Pickleball shoesNice shoes for Pickleball etc! They are lightweight and yet sturdy, and I like the sole design and their comfort. As others said in prior reviews, they run a bit small. I got a half-size larger than usual, and they work. I mighta been good with a full size larger. Nice shoes for the price!
Update: Still would probably buy again but we’ll see because the insoles suck. The 3rd time I played in them, it was hot and I sweat a lot playing for 2 hours in SW Florida. The insoles slid and bunched up after they got wet. I’ve replaced them with some more rigid ones I had. I expect this will fix the problem.

Runs small but great shoeOther reviews address this but for some reason these seem to run small. I normally would get a (men's) 9 wide but ordered a 9.5 extra wide and the fit is perfect. The shoe is great. I play pickle ball and the the shoe is really comfortable and I feel very stable in it. I just got this a week ago so can't speak to durability. Unless it falls apart in the next few weeks this is what I would buy next time.

Good Tennis Shoe for the moneySpeaking as an avid tennis player, this is my first New Balance shoe and one of the less expensive shoes I've had recently. I need to replace my shoes about every 6 or 7 months. I can't speak to the durability of these yet, but the sole grip is very good and they are light. These do fit on the snug side… which I like… except they are sort of short in length. My big toe on my larger foot is pretty much touching the end. (I purchased medium width size 11.5) So, possibly go up a half size, but then for my preference they would probably be to generous in width.

Great pickelball shoeI play pickelball in this shoe 4 hrs per day. This is the only double wide shoe that is extremely soft and comfortable. The traction is great and the cushion sole provides maximum sprig in every step. The only issue is that my size (10 2xwide is seldom available.
Outstanding shoe with an upper that never wears out.

200 hours and still wearing themI have just put on 200 hours of outdoor pickleball court time with theses shoes. Yes, the sole is wearing but it's still good enough to continue using. I like the larger toe box that NB is known for. When new pickleball players ask me "what equipment do I need" the first thing I tell them is "good shoes" otherwise you increase your chances of injury. I would recommend the NB 696 V4's.

Great Value - ComfortableI use these to play both Pickle ball and Tennis, and they work great. I finally made the investment after ruining a second pair of cross trainers playing on hard courts. These shoes give you a very stable base, and have an extra "notch" on the outside of the foot helping you plant and change direction quickly (this is the same thing that all of the LBJ basketball shoes have). Shoes are comfortable, and I didn't find my foot sliding or slamming toes into the ends of my shoe from starts and stops. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

great fitgreat fit and light- too bad it’s been replaced with v5 that has less stability, narrow and high sole – easy to twist the ankle
